CG began with the vision of John “Johnny G” Giartonia Summer 2014 with four people meeting at a Panera in Bolingbrook: Johnny, a banker, a photographer, and an architect. At the time Johnny was with Chicago Mechanical doing efficiency analyzes for HVAC systems and building envelopes. He saw a potential for the industrial community of Chicagoland to network and develop relationships among fellow entrepreneurs to develop a knowledge base of the services available. So that when he or a colleague were asked if he could refer somebody to do a particular service, he and those in his immediate circle could easily and confidently respond ” I know a guy!” 

 

In that spirit, ICG enters its 10th year of bringing together professionals in industry and manufacturing to provide each other leads and experiences, and to enrich and benefit our niche and the individuals and businesses in it.
